The Complementary Biotechnology Plan is governed by the State Coordination Committee (CCoE) which, in turn, is formed by the State Scientific Committee (CCE), the State Management Committee (CGE) and a representative of the Ministry of Science and Innovation (Dr. Cristóbal Belda).
The CCoE is supported by the secretariat of the State Executive Committee (CEE).
