comprender mellor os mecanismos polos cales determinadas mutaci\u00f3ns nas prote\u00ednas diana de pacientes individuais son patox\u00e9nicas, e para definir mellor as estratexias de desenvolvemento e administraci\u00f3n de f\u00e1rmacos para o tratamento personalizado de pacientes. A identificaci\u00f3n e caracterizaci\u00f3n de dianas terap\u00e9uticas permitir\u00e1 identificar a reutilizaci\u00f3n de mol\u00e9culas (reposicionamento de f\u00e1rmacos), facendo posible tanto desenvolver e optimizar novos compostos susceptibles de ser utilizados en medicina de precisi\u00f3n como o uso de f\u00e1rmacos existentes para outras indicaci\u00f3ns terap\u00e9uticas.<\/p>\n<p>Para este fin proponse unha abordaxe integral mediante o establecemento dunha rede de colaboraci\u00f3n para screening de f\u00e1rmacos que permita dar soporte \u00e1s fases temper\u00e1s do descubrimento de novas mol\u00e9culas terap\u00e9uticas mediante abordaxes non convencionais. Isto permitir\u00e1, por unha banda, a caracterizaci\u00f3n da poboaci\u00f3n xeral e por outro, complementar estudos enfocados a enfermidades concretas.<\/p>\n<p>Doutra banda, realizaranse an\u00e1lises de modificaci\u00f3ns xen\u00f3micas, epixen\u00e9ticas, metabol\u00f3micas, prote\u00f3micas e transcript\u00f3micas das mostras de pacientes m\u00e1is al\u00f3 da identificaci\u00f3n inicial de mutaci\u00f3ns e polimorfismos, como, por exemplo, an\u00e1lises masivas de c\u00e9lula individual (single cell). Para poder analizar todos estes datos desenvolveranse innovadoras soluci\u00f3ns de integraci\u00f3n, minado e tratamento de datos.
