cobertura \u00e1s necesidades de an\u00e1lises e separaci\u00f3n de mostras fenot\u00edpicas complexas para entender moitos dos procesos biol\u00f3xicos, as\u00ed como a secuenciaci\u00f3n posterior de miles de c\u00e9lulas en cada experimento. Ademais, ofr\u00e9cense tecnolox\u00edas no campo biof\u00edsico e da enxe\u00f1er\u00eda de tecidos, as\u00ed como de monitorizaci\u00f3n da actividade biol\u00f3xica, que permitir\u00e1n incrementar o soporte a proxectos en fases iniciais de descubrimento de f\u00e1rmacos.<\/p><p>Para iso, reforzouse a unidade de citometr\u00eda de fluxo con equipos que permitir\u00e1n o uso de novos fluorocromos e a detecci\u00f3n fenot\u00edpica de poboaci\u00f3ns altamente escasas, favorecendo a investigaci\u00f3n en inmunolox\u00eda, hematolox\u00eda ou oncolox\u00eda entre outras. Tam\u00e9n se reforzou a unidade de xen\u00f3mica con equipos de microflu\u00eddica para realizar a secuenciaci\u00f3n de miles de c\u00e9lulas, e as unidades de tecnolox\u00eda de prote\u00ednas e de enxe\u00f1er\u00eda de tecidos. A an\u00e1lise de todas as c\u00e9lulas dunha mostra biol\u00f3xica permitir\u00e1 a comprensi\u00f3n detallada de todos os procesos celulares que ocorren nun tecido e a xeraci\u00f3n de nova informaci\u00f3n con valor diagn\u00f3stico e progn\u00f3stico, \u00e1 vez que orientar\u00e1 a terapia farmacol\u00f3xica \u00e1 selecci\u00f3n dun tratamento cient\u00edfica, grazas \u00e1 execuci\u00f3n de cribados de alto rendemento e soporte \u00e1s fases de identificaci\u00f3n de cabezas de serie e candidatos a f\u00e1rmacos.<\/p><p>A plataforma, creada en 2021, reforzouse durante 2023, grazas aos plans complementarios da sa\u00fade, con novos equipos, colecci\u00f3n de compostos e persoal cualificado. Ademais, a plataforma faculta o acceso da comunidade cient\u00edfica grazas \u00e1 convocatoria ScreenTech.<\/p><p><strong>Capacidades:<\/strong><\/p><p>A plataforma consta dunha colecci\u00f3n de aproximadamente 164.000 compostos e dous laboratorios automatizados con equipamento de \u00faltima xeraci\u00f3n, que permite o cribado de todas as mol\u00e9culas en ensaios biol\u00f3xicos, as\u00ed
