cell)<\/strong> <\/span><\/p><p>Plataforma que se sit\u00faa en el Centro de Regulaci\u00f3n Gen\u00f3mica (CRG).<\/p><p>Esta plataforma da cobertura a las necesidades de an\u00e1lisis y separaci\u00f3n de muestras fenot\u00edpicas complejas para entender muchos de los procesos biol\u00f3gicos, as\u00ed como la secuenciaci\u00f3n posterior de miles de c\u00e9lulas en cada experimento. Adem\u00e1s, se ofrecen tecnolog\u00edas en el campo biof\u00edsico y de la ingenier\u00eda de tejidos, as\u00ed como de monitorizaci\u00f3n de la actividad biol\u00f3gica, que permitir\u00e1n incrementar el soporte a proyectos en fases iniciales de descubrimiento de f\u00e1rmacos.<\/p><p>Para ello, se ha reforzado la unidad de citometr\u00eda de flujo con equipos que permitir\u00e1n el uso de nuevos fluorocromos y la detecci\u00f3n fenot\u00edpica de poblaciones altamente escasas, favoreciendo la investigaci\u00f3n en inmunolog\u00eda, hematolog\u00eda u oncolog\u00eda entre otras. Tambi\u00e9n se ha reforzado la unidad de gen\u00f3mica con equipos de microfluidica para realizar la secuenciaci\u00f3n de miles de c\u00e9lulas y las unidades de tecnolog\u00eda de prote\u00ednas y de ingenier\u00eda de tejidos. El an\u00e1lisis de todas las c\u00e9lulas de una muestra biol\u00f3gica permitir\u00e1 la comprensi\u00f3n detallada de todos los procesos celulares que ocurren en un tejido y la generaci\u00f3n de nueva informaci\u00f3n con valor diagn\u00f3stico y pron\u00f3stico, a la vez que orientar\u00e1 la terapia farmacol\u00f3gica a la selecci\u00f3n de un tratamiento rendimiento y soporte a las fases de identificaci\u00f3n de cabezas de serie y candidatos a f\u00e1rmacos.<\/p><p>La plataforma, creada en 2021, se ha reforzado durante 2023, gracias a los planes complementarios de la salud, con nuevos equipos, colecci\u00f3n de compuestos y personal cualificado. Adem\u00e1s, la plataforma faculta el acceso de la comunidad cient\u00edfica gracias a la convocatoria ScreenTech.<\/p><p><strong>Capacidades:<\/strong><br \/>La plataforma consta de una colecci\u00f3n de aproximadamente 164.000 compuestos y dos laboratorios automatizados con equipamiento de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n, que permite el cribado de todas las mol\u00e9culas en ensayos
