cribratges d&#8217;alt rendiment i suport a les fases d&#8217;identificaci\u00f3 de caps de s\u00e8rie i candidats a f\u00e0rmacs.<\/p><p>La plataforma, creada el 2021, s&#8217;ha refor\u00e7at durant el 2023, gr\u00e0cies als Plans Complementaris de la Salut, amb nous equips, col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 de compostos i personal qualificat. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, la plataforma faculta l&#8217;acc\u00e9s de la comunitat cient\u00edfica gr\u00e0cies a la convocat\u00f2ria ScreenTech.<\/p><p><strong>Capacitats:<\/strong><br \/>La plataforma consta d\u00b4una col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 d&#8217;aproximadament 164.000 compostos i dos laboratoris automatitzats amb equipament d\u00b4\u00faltima generaci\u00f3, que permet el cribratge de totes les Aquestes eines estan espec\u00edficament dissenyades per a la investigaci\u00f3 amb animals de laboratori.<\/p><p>La Plataforma compta amb diversos equips disponibles: IVIS Spectrum i SPECT (finan\u00e7ats pel Pla), IVIS Lumina, ec\u00f2graf Prospect 1, Tomograf Quantum FX, i SuperArgus PET\/CT.<\/p><p><strong>Aplicacions:<\/strong><\/p><p>Gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;\u00e0mplia diversitat d&#8217;equips de qu\u00e8 disposem a la PIP, es pot donar servei a infinitat de models animals.
